When you need to send someone to pick up your mails and/or packages: I authorize someone to pick up the mail(s) and/or package(s) by signing/writing their name (with ID verification) on the pick-up form under your authorization(must let us know someone’s name via call, text or email) and recognize that Bizzy Box is not responsible for the release of mail(s) and/or package(s) to the person signing/writing their name on the pick-up form.
I understand that there is an extra service fee for receiving over 5 packages (1-20 lbs and/or size 1-50, whichever is bigger) a month and for overflowing mails.
The Center reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Service is offered. You may review the most current terms and conditions of use at www.bizzybox.net/mailbox-terms. If You do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Agreement as amended, You must stop using the Service. You will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement as amended if You continue to use the Service.
As a condition of Your use of this Service, Your Mailbox and bizzybox.net generally, You warrant to the Center that You will not use the Service, Your Mailbox and bizzybox.net for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. The Center reserves the right to terminate User's access to the Service at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Center reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials provided by You, in whole or in part, in the Center's sole discretion.
If the payment is not made within a month after the due date, I authorize Bizzy Box to close the box without notice. All mails and/or packages received after the closing date will be disposed and/or returned to sender, including what we were holding until the closing date.
I understand that mail will not be forwarded and I agree that all mails and/or packages received after the closing date will be disposed and/or returned to sender.
